Brendan Kelly grew up in Montara, CA where he spent much of his childhood chasing wild reptiles, amphibians and bugs in the hills of that small town. Ever since that point in his life, he has loved caring for and learning about all types of animals.

After moving to Massachusetts in 1998, Brendan attended Rockport Middle School. The new climate meant he could not spend the time he used to looking for friends in the wilderness. Soon Brendan began a brand new pet collection that would further his interest and admiration of his favorite creatures…reptiles.

In 2005, Brendan graduated from Rockport High School. He then devoted the next two years of his life to studying 2D animation in art school. However, he discovered this was not what he wanted to do with his life, so he left art school in search of something else.

Brendan is currently living in Ipswich, MA and has recently started working for Rainforest Reptile Shows! He truly loves what he is doing now and enjoys spending time with all of our animals. He is presently working with Michael, learning how to handle and care for a variety of venomous animals that have been seized by law enforcement. Brendan is also working towards being certified in handling and care of Venomous Reptiles!
